Subscription Information

The following information is provided to comply with App Store guidelines for auto‑renewable subscriptions.

Available subscriptions

• Title MSZ Premium Monthly — Length 1 month — Price $6.99/month
• Title MSZ Premium Yearly — Length 1 year — Price $69.99/year

Prices are examples. Actual prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may vary by region and tax.

Auto‑renew & billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store at any time after purchase.

Free trials (if available)

• Any free trial, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Terms of Use (Apple EULA)

By subscribing, you agree to the App Store’s Standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) and to the Terms of Service below.

Terms of Service

By using SaveGems (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and any applicable App Store rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it using unauthorized methods, or interfere with other users’ access.

Purchases and subscriptions

If the App offers in‑app purchases or subscriptions, pricing and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply. See the Subscription Information above for details on auto‑renewable subscriptions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms or for other valid reasons, with or without notice as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The App is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required by law. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us to request deletion.
